Emily Gordon
I started as a childminder in 2012 and thoroughly loved the opportunity this gave me to work with children and their families. I later completed Early Years Teacher Status and a postgraduate certificate in Early Years. This gave me the qualifications to open up Bishops Cleeve Preschool in 2019. I have since completed a National Professional Qualification for Early Years Leader ( NPQEYL) and continue to love working with children !
Kim Screen
I qualified as an Early years practitioner in 2008,I have worked in different areas of childcare in my career.I have a real passion for Early years education and feel so lucky to do a job that gives me the opportunity to shape young lives and set a foundation for lifelong learning.
Deborah McLintock
I passed my level 3 NVQ in childcare in 2008, and have worked with children since. I am constantly keeping upto date with safeguarding and new practices and also a first aider. When I’m not at work I enjoy being with my family and walking my puppy, Barney

I hold a Certificate in Primary Education (1999) and a Bachelor of Education (2006) from Hong Kong.<br>
As a qualified primary school teacher with over 20 years’ experience, I am passionate about supporting children’s learning and development. I enjoy using a wide range of engaging teaching strategies to inspire pupils, build their confidence and help them enjoy their learning journey.

I started at Preschool whilst at school with work experience - I loved getting to know the children and it inspired me to make childcare my career!
